Adam I. Lundin

Chair

Adam I. Lundin

Mr. Lundin has many years of experience in capital markets and public company management across the natural resources sector. His background includes oil & gas and mining technology, investment advisory, international finance, and executive management. He began his career working for several Lundin Group mining companies in various countries before moving into finance where he specialized in institutional equity sales, ultimately becoming co-head of the London office for an international securities firm.

Mr. Lundin is the former President, CEO and a Director of Josemaria Resources Inc. He now serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors of Lundin Mining Corporation and Filo Corp. He also currently serves on the Board of Directors of Lucara Diamond Corp., NGEx Minerals Ltd. and the Lundin Foundation. Mr. Lundin studied Mining Technology and Marketing Management at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.


Jamie Beck

Jamie Beck

Mr. Beck has more than 15 years of international project management and corporate development experience in the mining industry. He was recently appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Filo after serving as the President of the Company since 2019. Prior to that, Mr. Beck served as Vice President, Corporate Development and Projects of Filo and Josemaria Resources Inc. (formerly NGEx Resources Inc.). Before joining Filo, Mr. Beck worked in corporate development with Lundin Mining, with a focus on project development, corporate strategy, acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures. Mr. Beck joined the Lundin Group of Companies in 2009 and has worked with many of the mining companies in the group. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the province of Ontario, holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Queen's University and an MBA from the University of British Columbia. In addition to his role as President, CEO and Director of Filo Mining Corp., Mr. Beck also serves as a Director of Bluestone Resources Inc.


Wojtek Wodzicki

Wojtek Wodzicki

Dr. Wodzicki has a doctorate in Geosciences from the University of Arizona and over 30 years of experience in international mineral exploration and corporate management. He has led successful exploration teams throughout the world, and has managed large scale projects from the generative stage through to engineering studies. Teams led by Dr. Wodzicki are responsible for several significant discoveries including Los Helados, Josemaria, Filo del Sol, and El Limon-Guajes. Dr. Wodzicki has worked for the Lundin Group since 2007 and was previously CEO of Filo and Sanu Resources and has served as a director of several public companies. He is President, CEO, and Director of NGEx Minerals.


Erin Johnston

Erin Johnston

Ms. Johnston serves as Managing Director of the Lundin Foundation. She draws upon over 15 years experience working in the private sector advising companies on Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) issues to reduce non-technical risks of resource development projects in Latin America, Asia and Africa. Ms. Johnston previously oversaw British Columbia's investment in skills training and leading programs for youth, women and Aboriginal participants. Ms. Johnston has served on the Board of Directors of a number of not-for-profit organizations and is a founding Board Member of an indigenous not-for-profit organization in Latin America. She has a Masters of Arts in International Leadership from Simon Fraser University and an Executive Leadership Certificate from the UBC Sauder School of Business. Ms. Johnston is also a director of Africa Oil Corp.


Carmel Daniele

Carmel Daniele

Ms. Daniele is the founder and Chief Investment Officer of CD Capital Management Group Ltd., the fund manager of a number of private equity and mining funds, since 2006. She has over 25 years of natural resources investment experience, 10 years of which were spent with Newmont Mining/Normandy Mining where she was involved in the acquisition of various companies including LaSource SAS (a joint venture between BRGM and Normandy Mining). As Senior Executive (Corporate Advisory) at Newmont Ms. Daniele was part of team on the structuring of cross-border mergers and acquisitions including the US$24 billion three-way merger between Franco-Nevada, Newmont and Normandy Mining to create the largest gold company in the world. Post-merger, she was involved in the divestment of various non-core mining assets around the world for the merchant banking arm of Newmont. Ms. Daniele started off her career at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu where she spent eight years in various corporate finance roles including international taxation, audit, accounting and reconstructions. Prior to the founding of CD Capital UK Ltd., she spent a year and a half as an investment advisor to a London based special situations fund on sourcing and negotiating natural resource private equity investments. Ms. Daniele holds a Master of Laws (Corporate & Commercial) and Bachelor of Economics from the University of Adelaide and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.


William Lundin

William Lundin

Mr. Lundin is the Chief Operating Officer for International Petroleum Corp. ("IPC"), an international oil and gas exploration and production company with a portfolio of assets located in Canada, Europe and South East Asia. Prior to being employed by IPC, William worked in various field positions within the Lundin Group and brings with him a wealth of technical expertise. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the province of Alberta and holds a Bachelor of Mineral Resource Engineering from Dalhousie University. Mr. Lundin currently serves as Director' for ShaMaran and the Lundin Foundation, and as Chairman for Africa Energy Corp.


Ron Hochstein

Ron Hochstein

Mr. Hochstein is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Lundin Gold, which owns and operates the high-grade, multi-million-ounce, Fruta del Norte (“FDN”) gold mine in southeast Ecuador. Under Mr. Hochstein's leadership, Lundin Gold acquired FDN in late 2014, completed a feasibility study, signed several agreements with the Ecuadorian Government, financed, and then constructed the mine and infrastructure on time and on budget – achieving first gold production in November 2019. Prior to his position at Lundin Gold, he served as Executive Chairman, and President and Chief Executive Officer of Denison Mines Corp. from 2009 to 2015. Mr. Hochstein is a Professional Engineer and holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia and a B.Sc. from the University of Alberta. Mr. Hochstein continues to serve as a director of both Denison and Lundin Gold.


Joyce Ngo

Joyce Ngo

Ms. Ngo is a Chartered Accountant who has twenty years of professional experience in both public practice and in public companies. Most recently, she served as CFO of Josemaria Resources Inc. from 2016 to 2019. Before that, Ms. Ngo held senior executive accounting positions with NGEx Resources Inc. and was instrumental in the spin-outs of both Filo Mining and Josemaria Resources Inc. from NGEx Resources Inc. into separate public companies. Ms. Ngo spent five years in public accounting with KPMG LLP and is a graduate of Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Accounting and Finance with a minor in Economics. Ms. Ngo is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.


Peter O'Callaghan

Peter O'Callaghan

Mr. O'Callaghan was a Partner at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP for over twenty-five years, and served as Office Managing Partner from 2018 up to his retirement in December 2022. Mr. O'Callaghan's practice encompassed all types of M&A and corporate finance transactions, with a focus on the mining sector. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia.
